Lateral Link is assisting a repeat client with a *new* search seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' litigation experience with excellent academic credentials.
A commitment to litigation and trial work is necessary.
A technical background along with a federal District Court or Circuit Court clerkship are preferred.
- 4 or more years of experience with intellectual property litigation, with a preference for patent litigation
- Federal clerkship with a United States District Court or Circuit Court
- Experience using ESI protocols and tools
- Experience supporting or taking depositions
- Experience talking lead on the composition of dispositive motions
The firm also offers full remote work arrangement depending on the candidate's experience.
Only 1750 billing expectation.
